AI‑generated outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are solely responsible for evaluating and using any suggestions, transcripts, or analytics. OwlyHire provides guidance, not legal, employment, or professional advice.

OwlyHire may integrate with third‑party services (e.g., video platforms). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies. OwlyHire is not responsible for third‑party services.
OwlyHire and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Services, including software, UI, models, and documentation. Except for rights expressly granted to you, OwlyHire reserves all rights.
We may release experimental or pre‑release features. They may be modified or discontinued at any time and are provided “as is.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OWLYHIRE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM (OR $50 IF NO FEES WERE PAID).
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OwlyHire and its affiliates from and against claims, losses, and expenses arising from Your Content, your use of the Services, or your breach of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, risk harm to others or the Services, or for non‑payment. You may stop using the Services at any time.
We may update the Services and these Terms. If changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice. Your continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence if mandatory local consumer laws apply; otherwise, by the laws of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of laws. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction, except where arbitration is required by law.
